Go With Guns offers a variety of classes for different skill levels and safety needs. If you’re looking to improve your firearms training and take it to the next level, you can find the support and resources you need right here. FIRST TIME SHOOTERS/GUN OWNERS
Detailed instruction for the first-time shooter/gun owners. In this course you will learn basic safe handgun operation, the different types of handguns, how to clean and maintain your handgun, proper aiming techniques, proper storage of your handgun, the make-up of ammunition and tips for choosing the right ammo, and more. This is an 8-hour course possibly requiring 2 days to complete. This course will include everything you need to obtain the certificate to apply for your concealed carry permit.
COLORADO CONCEALED CARRY PERMIT CLASS LEVEL 1
This is a four-hour class that meets all requirements in the state of Colorado for you to apply for your Concealed Carry Permit. We cover Colorado gun laws concerning open and concealed carry firearms, common safety rules as well as some other safety tips, fundamentals of handgun operations, ammunition, and more!
These are just a sample of the classes we offer. We also offer WOMEN ONLY classes, PRIVATE lessons, SMALL GROUP classes for just you and your family or a group of friends (minimum of 5 people), as well as a variety of NRA pistol, rifle, and women on target classes. COLORADO CONCEALED CARRY LEVEL 2
As with all firearms classes, this course covers firearm safety, terminology for gun owners, concealment and cover, insurance, aiming, trigger squeeze, and follow through, cartridge and shooting malfunctions, assessing the threat, situational awareness, stopping threats, and shot placement. We will discuss how to handle yourself if a situation arises and what to do after it is over. This class includes 2 hours range time instruction ONLY if there is a local range and we are able to schedule range time for the instruction.
